Pretty much how my day went.  »Lunch. Library. Run. «

Try to make positive steps on that unstable bridge of life that you’ve already broken or burnt, and if you can’t make it across that old bridge, then use the knowledge you have acquired today to build a new stronger and well-developed one, so sturdy that you can still walk back across and reflect on the bridge that you once failed to cross.

We’re celebrating our three loving years together in 3 months :D Wow…already? I’ve always wished to have a perfect relationship, where there are no misunderstandings between us or differences in our personality. But, as we grow, we learn to adjust and accept one’s flaws, and just be loving and forgiving of one another. I pray to God to bestow us more happy years together. :)

His (Luther Burbank) heart was fathomlessly deep, long acquainted with humility, patience, sacrifice. His little home amid the roses was austerely simple; he knew the worthlessness of luxury, the joy of few possessions. The modesty with which he wore his scientific fame repeatedly reminded me of the trees that bend low with the burden of ripening fruits; it is the barren tree that lifts its head high in an empty boast.
